To keep your products in their best condition, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and always close lids or packaging tightly after each use. Because our products are handmade with natural oils and ingredients, slight variations in color, scent, or texture are normal. Handle with clean, dry hands or a scoop when possible to avoid introducing water or bacteria. With proper care, each item will maintain its quality and fragrance, giving you the most enjoyable experience every time you use it.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, tracking information will be provided so you can follow it to your doorstep. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted; however, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your items, please reach out within 7 days so we can make it right.
